Our new and innovative Non-Wipe Matte Top Gelcoat will leave you with a captivating velveteen finish! Aprés Matte Top Gelcoat is non-wipe, which makes it extremely quick and convenient to apply on the nails!Apply and cure with a UV or LED light without the need of wiping down to reveal the matte surface. Our Non-Wipe Matte Top Gelcoat will leave you with a smooth and soft manicure that is bound to stay completely matte for up to 4+ weeks! Our Matte Top Gelcoat will not alter the gel color underneath, or leave any milky-white residue. It also works perfectly as a base for our Aprés ArtInks to adhere onto!
